In our effort to give you a better internet service, Panay Broadband / Buenavista CATV Inc. has recently peered its network with PHOpenIX.
PHOpenIX is the Philippine government's official IP exchange where most of government's website like NBI, PNP, BIR, SSS, GSIS, Philhealth, and the likes are connected.
Mostly these goverment websites are considered high volume traffic sites that if an ISP is not connected to the exchange, internet data packets will be routed out of the country and back adding to the latency resulting to a longer response from the government's website.
With the recent network effort of Panay Broadband, we expect that you will have a smooth browsing experience with government sites for your transactions.
Connectivity and latency towards other internet providers is also greatly improved.
